Tyler, born in Russia, was put up for adoption where he sat in foster care for the first 11 months of his life. He was then adopted by American parents, who lived in Jackson, OH, and was brought to the United States. Tyler was raised in a Christian home with loving parents, but found himself walking away from faith when he started college. Tyler opens up about his struggles, and how God continued to pursue and chase after him until late one evening he found himself on the steps of a church smoking a cigarette to calm his nerves. It was in that moment where Tyler surrendered his life to Jesus and began to walk in the light.
